Between Scott and Gunnar, they have completed more than 12,000 inspections, primarily on site-built residential and manufactured/mobile homes, with additional experience in commercial properties. Their goal is to deliver high-quality inspections that meet or exceed the standards set by the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
